Generation:Enterprise is a global enterprise and innovation challenge designed to give students the opportunity to think, create and present like real-world entrepreneurs. Open to schools worldwide, the programme guides students through the process of developing an idea, shaping it into a viable concept, and communicating it with clarity and confidence.
Underpinned by the Global:Edge Framework, Generation:Enterprise develops far more than business knowledge. It builds communication, resilience, problem-solving and adaptability - equipping students with the skills to succeed in any pathway they choose.

STAFF PROGRAMMES
High-impact professional development for the people shaping the next generation. Global:Edge staff programmes combine practical skills development, team experiences and the Global:Edge Framework to strengthen individual capability, staff culture and whole-school impact.
Programmes can be delivered as focused masterclasses, half- or full-day bootcamps, Staff Impact Days or as part of a wider school partnership.
Staff Champions
Embed the Global:Edge Framework from within. We equip selected staff with the language, tools and practical strategies to recognise and nurture Communicating:Confidently, Building:Resilience, Solving:Problems and Embracing:Change in students. Champions become internal advocates for the framework, helping translate one-off delivery into sustained practice across the school.
WHOLE SCHOOL IMPACT
When staff and student development connect, the impact becomes far more powerful. By combining staff programmes with student experiences, digital learning, student ambassadors and the wider Global:Edge Framework, schools can build a shared language around the skills and behaviours they want to see, moving from isolated CPD towards a joined-up approach to personal development.
